What is Yoga?

Yoga means union or yoking together. The joining/yoking of the mind & body. When the mind & body becomes one. It is the integration of our minds, bodies & spirit with our breath.

If you work on your body, your mind & emotions will follow which brings a return to balance.

True happiness is independent of our senses, nervous system & thoughts. There is no path to happiness, the path is happiness.

Susan also teaches with Jenny Tuck at St Augustine's College. These classes are open to all teachers and staff at St Augustine's, parents and friends are very welcome too.
