Always order vegetarian before you fly, especially travelling with young children. These meals always come much earlier & makes the juggling act so much easier.

On arrival at your destination, go for a walk to get everything moving again.
Even have a massage or a body scrub.

- Thermos travel mug of miso (fresh is best)
- Stop & revive every 2 hours
- Make homemade nori rolls before you leave
- Sesame seed crackers
- Sea salt crisps
