Each class consists of a series of guided positions (poses). These poses build both in an individual session and throughout a course and are designed to address specific needs. Some poses can be challenging but it is in the attempt that we gain great results. This is all part of our wonderful journey.

Small class size

As classes are limited to 12 people, Susan is able to provide individual instruction to each participant to ensure that the poses are being done properly so that you get the most out of each class.

Private one on one classes

Private one on one appointments for personal yoga therapy correctives, yoga and nutritional advice – $180.

Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bookings are essential.

Weekly corrective sheet

Each week you'll be provided with a set of corrective yoga poses to do at home to assist in preparing for the following week's class. These will only take 5 minutes in the morning & evening.

What to bring

All you need is comfortable clothing.

Can I do yoga if I am not flexible?
Absolutely, you don't need to be flexible to start doing yoga. All that is required is an open mind to give the poses a go.

Will I get strong from yoga?
Yes! We work on our core strength in every class.

In Class...

At the end of every class we have a 5 minute partner massage or a 15 minute relaxation which is such a beautiful way to complete your morning of nurturing yourself and giving your self permission to to let go.

After the relaxation the sound of a beautiful Tibetan singing bowl stirs you gently to bring the whole class to a wonderful end. x
