Sophie and Eliza's Chocolate Pods

Ingredients
- 200g sultanas
- 150g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 75g raw almonds
- 75g cashews
- 2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, room temperature
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp toasted linseed, sesame seeds, buckwheat kernels, sunflower kernels, almonds, organic cranberries and organic goji berries mixture (This mixture can be bought pre-made at most health food shops)
Method
Line a square tin with grease-proof paper.
Chop nuts until fine in a food processor, and add in remaining ingredients for about 3 minutes or until it binds together.
Place the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Form small balls with your hands; they should be half the size of a golf ball.
Roll balls in finely chopped almonds, shredded coconut, sesame seeds or toasted mixture (all placed in individual bowls).

Place in fridge for 20 minutes before serving. Store in an air-tight container for up to ten days.
