Susie Hughie's Breakfast Muesli
My whole family loves this one. It is not only good for you but tastes good too.
The hardest part of this recipe is doing the shopping… it's that easy!
To be honest, I don't buy everything organic but with this muesli I do try to. This keeps you going for hours. You feel light but full.
In the summer fresh blueberries are lovely on top.
Serve with chilled soya milk.
- puffed millet
- puffed Kamut
- puffed corn
- puffed rice
- buck wheat puffs
- Goji Berries
- pecan nuts
- almond flakes
- sesame seeds
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- organic currents
Toast the almond flakes & pecans in the oven for a few minutes. Allow to cool.
Pop all other ingredients into a big container & mix. Add nuts. Seal in an air tight container to keep fresh.
It's that easy. Enjoy.
